Fruit skewers: ASMR

Creation of an "ASMR" video recipe for Sinfonie in Tavola, an online project that arises from between traditional Italian cuisine and music and offers video recipes, culinary training courses, history of typical local products, events and collaborations with chefs professionals, production companies and entertainment operators.

The video recipe illustrates how to prepare fruit skewers covered with chocolate. As with all Sinfonie in Tavola recipes, the peculiarity of the video lies in the use of the ASMR approach, acronym of "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response": each step for the preparation of the skewers is characterized by physical sounds that are pleasant to hear ( autonomous response of the sensory meridians, or ASMR).
